Tea Room under canvas
Seasonal home cooking and refreshments in the fresh air
The Tea Room service has temporarily moved out of the Hall to allow for a new one-way route for visitors to explore the historic house whilst maintaining social distancing guidelines in light of the current COVID-19 outbreak. The Kiplin kitchen is still open, bringing you hand-made food produced with home-grown ingredients from the walled garden. A new Tea Room menu is now being served under canvas, in a heated marquee in the parkland at the front of Kiplin Hall.
Visitors can enjoy home-made soups, scones, sandwiches, and cakes fresh from the Kiplin kitchen. Furniture and table service has been arranged to allow for social distancing, with extra cleaning measures in place.
A selection of sandwiches and homemade cakes, with a freshly baked scone Kiplin jam and clotted cream, or a savoury scone with chutney and a slice of cheese.
Served with a pot of Tea, or a cafetiere of Kiplin House Blend Coffee
The Afternoon Tea menu changes seasonally to ensure that we are using the best of our home grown and local produce.
