Kiplin Hall could not survive without its wonderful team of volunteers. Over 150 people give their time weekly, monthly or just as and when they can. Our cherished volunteers are Kiplin’s fifth family.

2020 Volunteer Recruitment Open Mornings
Do you enjoy talking to people and offering a warm welcome? Would you like to spend time in a historic setting with a friendly and sociable atmosphere?
Pop in for a cuppa to find out more 10am – 12pm on Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th, Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th February
Our room stewards provide a warm welcome and informal ambience for visitors, along with offering information about the History of Kiplin and other general information.
Garden volunteers provide the much needed help to maintain our beautiful, and ever developing, grounds and gardens looking glorious all year round.
Front of house volunteers provide a friendly warm welcome, along with efficiently processing tickets and offering visitors information about Kiplin and the facilities on offer.
Research and collection volunteers carry out many different exciting tasks and projects from book conservation to archive photography. The ongoing research and conservation of our collection is very important.
