Adventurous visitors can enjoy a new type of sprint orienteering this autumn as Kiplin Hall and Gardens hosts Cleveland Orienteering Klub (CLOK).  The event on Saturday 26th October will be the first in this year’s CLOK Autumn Short Race Series which tests the navigation skills of participants as well as their ability to move quickly over changing terrain.     

There are three courses at Kiplin (a short, medium and long route) so individuals, couples, and families with children can be helped to choose the course that best suits them at registration. Newcomers to orienteering are welcome, help and advice will be available on the day. Registration for the event is 9:30 am – 10:30 am and the courses close at 11:30am.

The Tea Room at Kiplin Hall opens at 10am and entry is free of charge. Following the orienteering event, normal admission to Kiplin Hall and Gardens applies. Tickets to the house and/or grounds are available from reception.
