Take a stroll through the ever-expanding swaths of snowdrops in the gardens and grounds of Kiplin Hall this spring. Indulge in locally blended Kiplin coffee and freshly baked scones in our Café. Browse in the Gift Shop and discovery the Annie Marchant Kitchen and Dairy Collection Gallery. Following the success of 2025 the Hall will also be open during February! Offering things to do in Yorkshire come rain or shine.

Families can enjoy our snowdrop spotters guide while exploring the lakeside paths and woodland routes.

Day tickets and new memberships offer excellent value. You can buy day tickets in advance here or on arrival at Kiplin.

New for 2025/2026 as the spring warms visitors can also delight in over 1000 newly planted tulip bulbs set to emerge in Lady Tyrconnels 19th Century Garden and near the south lawn.

Please Note

Conditions underfoot may be wet in places at this time of year, we suggest visitors wear appropriate footwear. Dogs are welcome in the Grounds, Café and Visitor Centre but must be kept on a lead and be accompanied at all times. In order to maintain and clean and safe environment it is essential that visitors clean up after their dogs and use the bins provided. Thank you. Dogs are not allowed in the Hall or museum spaces (except assistance dogs).

Please note that flowers bloom in line with nature and the changing seasons. We expect our snowdrops to be at their best in February and into March. The displays can be affected by weather including hard frosts, heavy snow, or too much rain.
